Scott,
    Vw, Audi & Porsche have always sold rod bearing by the half-shell, but have
also always made the rod & main bearings available in complete sets.
    You might also look into name brands of glyco/federal mogul as another
source for you bearing needs. What you will find, is that Audi has made the
crankshaft for a 20v - obsolite
