Yeah, Audi also supposedly tested the headlights and auto tranny in the 5k...and worst case is a pretty good analysis of the situation.

You miss my point.  It makes no difference to me what you think about Spearco--hell, for purposes of my question assume the results posted were wrong, I don't care.  What I want to know, and what I have asked, is (1) has anyone who is selling "mods" done tests to verify the eff of the intercoolers being used, and, (2) what effect does an inefficient IC have on a car that has been chipped and carries a RS2?  Now, if no one has done the test, fine, just asking for the 3rd time now:)

What do you mean?  First you say Eric posts nothing but "claims", then he posts results and you say there is no baseline to discuss advantages / disadvantages of any of the modifications being sold?  Do what you always do and assume Eric is wrong---doesn't matter in terms of my question.  What tests, if any, have you conducted to show the eff of the intercooler on your car and how that effects the "performance" of the RS2?  You have made it clear here for a long time that you sell RS2 turbos, what I would like to know is how does the ineff of the single or double pass stock IC effect the claimed factory perf of the RS2?

I think Spearco is accepted as knowing what they are doing in testing IC's, but, again, Spearco doesn't matter so far as my question is concerned.

Wasn't your buddy Jarrett running a Spearco?  I *think* Ned is [was].  ANy question that Spearco makes a damned fine intercooler?

Too big a jump for me to make.  Is it not possible that the Spearco numbers show a real performance weakness in the Audi---at least when mods are concerned?  IF the numbers are correct, what % of the RS2 turbo potential are you actually seeing with the stock IC?
