5kcstq throttle sticking

I have a problem with my throttle "sticking on" when rpms exceed 2500 or
so. I have re-soldered the throttle position switch, it also buzzes out
fine. I have no fault codes showing up. the cable seems to work fine at
the peddle, and the throttle end.I am running 13 psi (the knob).the
problem is there without the knob plumbed in also.
Deceleration valve? ISV valve? air flow plunger?
 any btdt's?
