4kq Diff actuators?

Just talked to my dealer trying to get front and rear actuators for my
car. The parts guy was completely without a clue. When I told him it was
a 4kq he asked me if it was a turbo. Then he asked me where these parts
were located. Then he couldn't find them on the parts computer so he
asked me if I was sure this car had them. Needless to say, I wasted 30
minutes with this guy and got absolutely nowhere. He told me if I could
get the part numbers he could find them. NO SHIT. I then asked him if I
could buy the microfiche for this car and he said no. I don't know if he
is right on this one but what I do know is that for every other car I own
I can get a set of the fiche for it.  Anyway, what I want to know is:
Does anybody know the part numbers for these parts?
