4kq part info-Clutch repair saga Pt 1

Hey listers,
I need to buy a few parts for my 85 4kq. While pulling out hte trans for
the clutch job, I noticed a few important non functioning parts: front
diff actuator(?)(broken hose fitting), rear diff lock actuator(broken rod
due to rust), pressure plate(exploded due to throwout bearing seizure),
throwout bearing, metal sleeve, and some other parts. How expensive are
the diff actuators? Where is a good place to get these parts? Remember, 
my dealer is the one that said there was NO Bently manual for this car. I
would rather buy the parts needed from a source that is knowledgable with
this car. Any help would be appreciated.
