Try some good, strong injector cleaner. Make sure you don't dilute it
too much.
About your cat, pull the O2 sensor and see if you have tremendous
pressure
coming out. This will tell you if it's plugged. As far as saturated,
only test
I can think of is a sniffer to see if it still does its job.
