I have one.

I don't remember what kind it is and it is rather old.  I think it may
be Penske.  It is powered by C-cell batteries, it has a sniffer you
put in the tailpipe, and a long cord which allows you to have the meter
in the cockpit with you while you are driving.  

I don't have it here but I should be where it is next weekend.  I will
try
to get some more information off of it.
