Rear View Mirror and colt start inj.

I'm shure this has been coverd, How do I tighten up my outside rear view 
mirror on my 86 Coupe GT?.  I think the glass is tight but the hinged mount 
seems warn, is there a fix or do I need to replace? 
	What is the biggest cause of the cold start injector 
trouble?---Is it a electrical connection, or a clogged injector?  I'm 
going to test mine for spray quality today.
