Yes, the radiator fan will run at 1st speed if the AC is on. This is to
provide enough air circulation through the AC condenser. The climate
control unit uses the AC almost all the time as far as the outside
temperature is above freezing. To shut it off press "off" or "Econ". My
car warms up very quickly even with the fan running, though.
