Slushbox governor

I remember a qlister gave a tip on curing trans shifting failures by
removing the governor and cleaning the oiling hole. I believe me trans has
this problem. The 2-3 at 1.0 bar (roughly) slides in and out, but goes in
always. Revs don't rise and anything lower shift quality is excellent and
anything above 1 bar very good. Can you send me the procedure once again.
I went to the dealer and looked through the fiche, but it didn't give a
very good picture of where the hole is nor help with how to remove the
governor. Can you help me with these quaestions and also repost the post
you made? How'd you figure to do this? Anything I could possibly break or
damage?
