Has anyone out there had any experience with 4:11 gears in an ur q?  I am
considering the swap to a 4kt or '91 200q (Torsen) trans with the 3B
conversion.  Yes, I know that I would also need the rear diff, and I have
already taken care of that.  

Any BTDTs are appreciated!
