squeeling engine

I have an 88 90 4 cyl. that makes a horrible squeeling noise when it is 
cold (30 or colder) or when it is raining really hard out. Any ideas?
also to Al Ng I am also at purdue, rember that you put a note on my door 
last semester? For your water pump, until you can get a new one, go to 
autozone, and ask for a can of the waterpump lubricant it sells for a 
dollar a can, and it silenced my slightly squeeky water pump.
