Ken, Is there a belt in particular or just all of them? why does it do it 
when it rains or is cold? I have ponderd this for a while, and thought 
that maybe it was water geting in/on something, but my car has the big 
black plastic shroud on the bottom so that theory went out the door. Any 
ideas?
