No, a good recommendation.  Best time is with the last tank of fuel
before an oil change.  Then any junk that gets dislodged and ends up
in the oil will be removed quickly.

Your Audi dealer will sell you essentially the same stuff under
the Autobahn label, but no doubt for a higher price!
