What's some easy steps to determine if my rack is bad? When I accelerate 
and turn in reverse, the wheel kind of vibrates/shakes but doubt it's my 
CV's as I replaced the axels  1000 miles ago. The hydraulic pump was 
also replaced as it had used standard power steering fluid for three 
years and leaked like a seive, but nothing leaks now....
