RE: Wozzat pipe???:)



The cruise control vacuum line goes from the pump that is hidden behind
the coolant tank to the firewall where it is connected to the T-piece.
>From the t-piece, one line goes to the actuator located over the engine
and the second one passes through the firewall and goes to the driver's
footwell, where it connects to the brake and clutch pedals vent valves.
It is possible that your mysterious pipe is the one for the climate
control, though. At bi-lev you should get about equal amout of air from
defrost, dashboard and footwell vents. I'll check my car tomorrow for
the hose matching your description (I can't remeber seeing one, but will
take a second look)
