If the pipe comes from somewhere in a body panel on the coolant
overflow tank side of the engine bay, runs along the firewall to
a T-piece, the 90 degree junction running into the bay and the
other part of the pipe running straight along the firewall and
vanishing into it on the driver's  side, then the pipe coming
off the 90 degree should connect to the actuator. But no actuator
what so ever. It is definitely the right length to reach a position
where the actuator would be fitted. Could you describe where in the
engine bay those climate-control hoses are?
