You are OK with Digital Voltmeters which usually have an input
impedance of around 10Mohm.

I use National Semiconductor LM3914 chips with a 1Mohm resistor
in series with the input to make O2 sensor LED bargraph displays.
These have no effect on the O2 voltage.
