I remember test driving the  92's when they first came out and being impressed
with the steering. The power steering unit in the 100s & cs was speed
sensitive and seemed much better than my '87 5k. The salesman stated that the
100 had the older style power steering unit similar to my older audi. I would
drive both to check out if the difference is noticable. Also I believe that
the 100 and 100s had a manually controlled heater/ AC -  the cs had  an ATC
unit. The cs also has the trip computer and a dashboard display of the radio
station.
It's not uncommon for an owner to upgrade cloth seats for leather thru an
aftermarket shop.
