I happen to have a brochure for the '93 model line.

CS: automatic climate control
100 base & S: plain old AC

CS: glass sunroof
base and S: Steel sunroof

CS: "right side mirror memory & tilt reverse"  (?)

CS: ignition key with infrared transmitter (in English that means remote
locking/unlocking)
base & S: key has a light, no remote locking feature

CS: 8 way power front seats with manual lumbar adjustment & memory
functions for drivers seat and outside mirrors
base & S: 8 way power front seats

CS: kodiak leather upholstery
base & S: chenille velour upholstery

CS: Bost stereo w/cassette & 4 acoutically tuned speakers
S & base: stereo w/8 speaker system

CS: front fog lights

That is all the brochure shows.

CS quattros get a few additional things like 7x15 wheels rather than 6x15.
