It is a statement of informed opinion. While many undertakings are
theoretically possible, they are frequently uneconomical - often to the
point of being silly. It would make as much sense to rebuild stock
dampers, replace the plates in a dead battery and mix your own brake
pad compound. Life is too short as it is.
