RE: URQ 20V?
Fact one: Everything (OK, almost everything ;-) is possible
Fact two: Not everything is worth the cost and effort.
Converting FWD automatic to quattro manual requires buying new
transmission, driveshaft, rear differential, rear suspension and apart
from putting everything together involves serious modifications to the
chassis (if it's possible at all). All this should be performed by very
competent (read: hard to find and expensive) workshop in order to
achieve satisfactory results (aligment comes to mind). I don't have an
idea how much would this costs, but I'm sure we're talking _huge_ money
here. For the cost involved, you could probably sell your car and bring
a nice 200TQ 20V or S4 from UK or Australia (or better yet USA - if it's
legal and you don't mind driving LHD car i South Africa).
