I recommend that anyone buying a 'used' ur-quattro engine of a UK configuration 
(MB, RR) from _ANYONE_ should pass the number of the engine to Roger Galvin in 
case anything is known about that engine. 

Also, anyone buying 'used' parts that have relatively soft light alloy castings 
should look for a hand-stamped identifier - a letter followed by up to four 
digits.
