CD changer for Audi Concert (1998)

This question goes out to the US/Canada listers:

Do the dealers have a changer available for dealer/customer install, or do
all cars come with changer from factory?  We do not have a changer
available here in Finland separately, and the bloody thing costs over $1000
(US) from the factory thanks to our 100% car tax and 22% VAT...

If yes, how much does it cost and what does it include?  Who is it made by?
 Same unit for A4 and A6 with different bracketry?
