I bought a set of Ronal 15x8's (ET24) from a fellow lister last year with
225 tyres on them.  My 83 is lowered with Eibachs from Sportwheels and
Bilsteins so is pretty hard with relatively little roll.  I attempted the
old baseball bat roll on the backs, but chickened out for fear of damaging
the paint, so achieved very little.  I get scuffing when I really try hard
in a corner and when I hit a bump on the highway, but it is minimal.  I
suspect 215's would almost completely clear.  I will be testing this fairly
soon as the A509s that came on the wheels are almost worn out.  I still
intend to have the arches professionally rolled when I have the paint done.
