A6 Warm Weather Package

I have been seriously considering a new A6 and it seems to me that the warm weather package would be a more useful option for my area (Raleigh,NC) than the cold weather package.  The warm weather package comes with tinted windows, solar powered ventilating fan and insulated sunroof and maybe insulated windows (not clear from brochure.)  The local dealer thinks that we are part of the frozen north and only seems to have models in stock with cold weather package and not the warm weather package.  Has anyone in a warmer (I suppose) region seen, driven, or own an A6 with the warm weather package?  I am interested in finding out if it is effective at keeping the car cooler.
