4kq factory fog lights?

Does anyone know where I can get a set of factory fog lights for an '86
4kq?  If so, how much would they be?  Could I use after-market lights? 
I've looked into the Hella lights, but they don't seem to make them
small enough to fit into the lower grill.  I know the factory fog lights
aren't very good, but they are better than nothing, and they look pretty
nice.  If I can get them for a decent price, I would be willing to buy
them.
