towing a q

I know that this has been discussed on the list before, but I can't 
find anything in the archives.

Anyway, what all needs to be done, in order to tow a q.  I would like 
to know about towing it for short distances with all 4 tires on the 
ground, and about long distances with a dolly for the front.
