I've built a couple of testers for myself and Mike Z. using a 3mm
bi-colour (GRN/RED) led. I built it into a pointed hollow tester probe
from a multimetre and attached a coiled GND lead w/alligator from an
antistatic mat.

Now I can not only test for HOT, but for GND as well. Very handy.
