Pikes Peak 98'!!!!!

 Well kiddies, it's time to start planning again for the Audi Fest 98' and
this is just a preliminary posting about the subject. The intent and
purpose of this is to get some idea of what/when/where/how/who/ how many
and things like that. 

 So here's the deal, Please e-mail me a brief answer/statement on the
following:

do you want to do it at Pikes Peak again?
If not, where do you want to do it?
No matter where it is, are you going to be there? 
Any other suggestions as to where it should be?
Any other comments? 

 Rumors are all over the place about Pikes Peak and how long it's going to
last. It is generally speculated that this will in fact be the last year
for the Race to the Clouds because the paving will makes speed to high. So,
do we want to be there for what could be the last year or do we want to
make our annual event at a place/event that will be there next year and
years to come? Oh yeah, the "Special" parking is ours for the asking again
this year (if that makes any difference to anyone). 

 If I had to vote, I would go for PIkes Peak again, but another suggestion
would be the Steamboat event. It's a GREAT time (probably the best Q club
event offered), we get to participate, we get to play in the snow with our
Q's and it's just plain fun. :-)

  So, let me know what you guys and gals think. If you don;t get a response
from me, please don;t get offened or worried. Just assume that I got it and
your suggestion and comments have been duly noted. I just might not get a
chance to get back to all of you.

Disclaimer: Answering any of my questions in NO WAY binds you to attending
(alothough I would like everyone to be there). I am just trying to get a
ballpark estimate here.
