About that brake thing...

     It appears the jury is back and the verdict is in.  For the past 100K
miles I've been running a car with a defective bomb under the hood.  Now I
know what I can do with the spare (with about 20K miles on it) that I pulled
off the 1985 parts car.
     And all this time I thought it was interesting that Audi hooked up bells
and whistles to let me know when I used ABS (as if the buzzing wasn't enough.)
     Since it's deer season in TN, looks like the defective one will need to
last a little bit longer.
