Re: oil guage retrofitting



I like my solution best.  I moved the diff lock plunger
and lights to the spot below the wiper switch, on the lower
console.  You need a bit more vacuum line for this, but it is
out of sight (you can still see the lights through the wheel)
and that leaves the diff lock location for the coupe gt 3
gauge panel.

In retrospect I would move the lights to the spot between
the pw switches.  Or, on a 84 4kq, since the dash is
so easy to get into, I would install the lights into the
cluster somehow (there are a lot of unused lights in there).
