I have just purchased and installed a set of 195/65/15 Nokia NRW on
steel wheels on my friend's 850 Turbo. The skinny black steel wheels do
indeed look horrible on his Metallic Beige Volvo (especially given the
fact that the OEM rims were 7.5"x16" and the rubber was 205/55/16).

We went to Pep Toys and for $6.99 a pop bought some generic silver
plastic hub caps. I am not sure about their longevity in snow but the
car looks a lot better now.
