I can confirm that this size/offset wheel will also allow a 235/40-17 Dunlop
SP-8000 to fit up front without any rubbing.  Also, the "rolled rear
fenders" on my '85 were done by the factory (and also the '84s?).  

Furthermore, I can confirm that a 245/40-17 Goodyear GS-CS race tire on this
same wheel will fit the rear of the car but hits *both* the steering arm and
outer fender lip up front ... of course, the tread on this tire measures
just over 10.5" wide!  Other brands of 245/40-17 might fit but judging from
my experience using the 235/40s on my car, I guarantee that it won't be by
very much!
