Actually, it weighs 8 pounds, 8.5 ounces, quite a bit more than 2 pounds
(but less than a ton)!  And you're right, it *wasn't* a very fun task ...
that said, I plan to start on the 200q parts fiche shortly (Yes, I'm
definitely a masochist!).
