Wish the previous owner of my car had asked such a question... but here goes:

All emblems, stickers and ugly striping can be removed by pointing a hair
dryer or an electric paint stripping gun on low setting. They come bubbling
right off and most don't leave a trace.

My brother's Nissan came with two dealer stickers on the rear hatchback and
an 'NL' country identifier with the dealer name on it, in addition to the
licence plate surround with the dealer name on it. I guess they couldn't
find a place to put up the flags and the rotating neon sign... an hour with
a hair dryer, and it's clean as a whistle.
