Currently I use a Plews 17mm socket Allen. From Checker/Schucks/Kragen for
under $4. But I used to use that same Craftsman BA when I'd borrow it from
a VW nut next door. Same plug is used on a 1964 Squareback BTW! If you
want to get that one to work, though, slip a short pipe on the end. That
got it off every time. What a PITA. Valvoline markets an excellent hand
pump which threads onto oil bottles which fills the 016 in about 30
seconds, too...
