If the main problem is angle of attack and leverage, make certain
you have all of the gnk cleaned out of the plug.  Then take a
hacksaw to your BA allen wrench, cutting off a piece long enough
to get a wrench or socket on and to reach to the bottom of the hole.
Then get after it.

In the past, I've used a spare lug bolt and a pair of vise grips.
