Wolf,
Although I haven't actually done one myself, I'm sure the '91 200q
radiator will come out without disturbing the AC system. I just
completed changing the rad on my '91. I found that an all-metal unit is
not directly available but can be obtained by modifying a Modine or
other metal unit designed to fit the pre '91 200q. The radiator shop
that I used supplied the radiator for $200 and modified it with two
additional nozzles for about $50. I can supply you with their address
if you are interested. They apparently do a lot of new car dealer
related stuff and ship things all over the country. I have known the
owner for 20 years or so and believe him to be honest.
Happy Holidays!
