I replaced them on my '85 ur.  Nylon sleeve on striker cannot be
replaced on it's own - you must replace the complete pin.  They will
unscrew fully - nut inside pillar is held inside cage to allow room to
adjust.  Part number for my car (both sides are the same) is 357-837-034
and they cost me IR3.38 each from Audi six months ago.
