A4 Remote Re-programming

The A4 remote fobs have a tendency to stop working (especially 96's)
every so often.  When this happens, one must usually visit the dealer 
and have them reprogrammed.  Usually both remotes are needed and there
is a special sequence of locking doors and pressing the fob unlock
button.  Someone at www.a4.org published this a while back.

Does anyone have the reprogramming sequence for the 1996 2-button
remote?
