BTCC Game US Source?

Does anyone know of a "source" of the new BTCC game, here in the US?

I've been in contact with Joanne Roberts, Technical Support/Customer
Services
Codemasters, via e-mail, and their response is "slow", to my inquiries.

Of course they will sell me the game, but must send me Visa info.........

I'm also wondering if the UK game is compatible with US computer software?
(Windows)(another question they haven't been able to answer)
Plus there seems to be several "versions" of the game(according to Joanne)

I'm wondering if Phil can shed some light on the subject?
