UrQ Motor mounts - Help

So I need a new right side motor mount. Anyone know if the
new (post 1987) hydro mounts (443 199 382) bolt in place of
the old style mounts. The old mounts are bonded rubber
according to the dealer and have been superceeded by another
bonded rubber mount 443 199 381J which recommends that
you install heat shields and caps and stuff with it.  Anyone
know if I can just bolt the hydro in? Does it come with a heat
shield. Thanks.
