I'm so glad you asked! First of all, the chagrin falls mechanic that you
refer to is in fact my mechanic. His name is Chris Smith of Smith's Import
Specialists. He is probably the best and most qualified Audi tech in NE
Ohio. His number is 440.543.7100. As far as parts go, I operate my family's
buisness, Intercity Auto Parts in Bedford OH. We carry a ton of Audi parts
as well as most other European makes. My number here is 800.438.8733. On
the west side you might want to try Galati's Foreign Car at 440.777.7764
or Tony's Auto Service at 440.234.1320. Both are competent, but not Audi
Specialists like Smith. Smith is Audi certified and worked for a dealership
for some twenty years or so. He is the only one I trust my car with.
