Robert:  You are probably correct that we will technically be in violation
of the law.  However, enforcement will require some method to detect and
measure said violation and I doubt funds will be available for such a thing.
More likely, this will just give a police officer an excuse to pull a
vehicle over if he thinks it is unsafe (or he wants to have a look at the
female inside).  In any case, I bet most of us Quattro fans are a lot more
likely to pay for breaking some other laws (55,65,75, etc).
