With the flange design that is on the stock cat, one would have to weld 
those flanges onto the replacement cat, so by time you were done, you'd 
probably have 175-200 into it.   Those JCW cats are a good product 
BTW.  I've used a bunch of them.  3" cat is about 100 bux on sale at 
JCW.  The 2.5" cat is 85 bux on sale I think.
