I asked myself the same question. It *couldn't* be that tough, ... could
it? Yep.
On many/most/some of the I-5 engines, the rotor is epoxy'd to the
distributor shaft.
You often need to destroy the rotor to remove it -- I used Channel Lock
pliers, and basically
crushed it off.
Confirmed by dealer - they are glued in some fashion.
