Re: distributor rotor

Hi

Just had a thread about this a couple weeks ago, party because I asked
the same question about my 4ks rotor. Some people reported its was
a breeze and others had the same GREAT difficulty that I had. Consensus
was that IF it was a tight one, there wasn't a particularly good non-
destructive way to remove it.

Destructively, some crunched it with channel locks. I scored mine vertically
with a dremel/cut-off disc and then twisted a large flatblade screwdriver
in the slot. Popped right off/apart.

Might want to try a tiny daub of grease, ideally dielectric grease in
the rotor in the future. Its helped me.

regards
roger
