Re: Oil Temp
Hi Jeff;
Your oil temperature sounds normal for a cold ( 0 to -10 C) day. My 1991
200 tq with the MC engine runs 80C in these conditions and about 100 - 110 C
in summer ( 20 - 30 C) conditions. My 1986 5kcstq with the MC engine ran the
same temperatures. There should be no problem operating at these oil
temperatures,
although any moisture condensate in the oil won't vapourize as fast.
