In my '92 100S, my tranny was replaced, under warranty (to the tune of $5k) at
49k miles. No problems since; I am now at 133k miles. FWIW, I've been using
Amsoil synthetic tranny fluid in this new tranny. (Hmm... I guess that might
say something GOOD about synthetics... especially Amsoil??)
